Qualifications— We are Certified QuickBooks® Pro Advisors . Our ability to solve our clients' QuickBooks® problems, as well as  training them to use the program more efficiently and effectively, is enhanced by our accounting skills and experience.

Problem Solving—We have remedied client problems with payroll, job costing, inventory, reconciliations, financial reporting, sales reports, estimates, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and more. . . Most issues involve an understanding of both the QuickBooks® program and the accounting and tax ramifications of the situation. If it's broken we can fix it!

QuickBooks® Training—We offer individualized one-on-one training in our office or yours, to train owners, bookkeepers, office managers and accountants how to use QuickBooks® to get more done in less time. Our training includes:

• creating a company and setting Preferences

On-Site Training—If you have employees new to QuickBooks®, or you want training in areas specific to you, we can come to your offices to accomplish this. Or, if you want our Essentials course taught at your location, we are able to accommodate you.

QuickBooks® Setup—Converting your company’s books to a QuickBooks® product or starting a business using QuickBooks® requires expert setup. It is more cost effective to set up the company correctly from the beginning than to fix it after many transactions have been processed. Also, in order to be efficient and utilize the many time saving and business building features of  QuickBooks®, the file must be created properly and users trained on its functions. Some of the key components of a properly configured system are: computer installation, chart of accounts setup, selecting appropriate preferences, customized invoices, item setup and use, back-up procedures and memorized profitability reports. As part of the setup, we provide one-on-one training on how to process the transactions in the way specific to your business and how to produce the reports you need.

QuickBooks® Support—We offer telephone, e-mail, and one-on-one training and service at your office or ours. We are Certified QuickBooks® Pro Advisors and accountants so we are well able to handle the software as well as the accounting issues most small businesses face. For new clients we recommend an initial troubleshooting and training session of two hours for one-on-one training and consulting. Satisfaction is guaranteed.
